Uwe Fromm joined the Institute for Comparative Federalism at Eurac Research in 2023 as a Junior Researcher. Since then, he has been contributing to several ongoing projects and supporting the Winter School on Federalism and Governance, of which he is also an alumnus, having participated in the program in 2020. He holds a degree in Public Management from Kehl University of Applied Sciences, Germany and a degree in European Studies/Political Science from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
